About me
Dr. Sarah Gallagher PT, DPT, NCS graduated with her doctorate from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA and completed an internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in acute care. After working several years in hospital settings, focusing in trauma, she transitioned to an outpatient setting specializing in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation. As the owner of South Valley Physical Therapy, she collaborates with regional and national experts to ensure the evidence based and cutting-edge treatment. She is a member of the Academy of Neurologic and Vestibular SIG and has presented locally and nationally. She was driven to be develop a clinical study to assess the best PT interventions to treat Mal de Debarquement Syndrome due to a lack of evidence-based knowledge in this population. @southvalleypt
