James is a 2006 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston where he spent many weekends waking at 4 AM to drive to the icy ski slopes of Maine and Vermont. Currently he is owner of Ajax Physical Therapy in Aspen Colorado and serves as Vice President of the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. He has worked extensively with individuals with ski injuries in the emergency room, acute care, through to return-to-sport and is co-author of the AOPT course, Orthopaedic Management of the Downhill Skier. He skis around 100 days each winter.
